About me
Hello! I am an Ob/Gyn physician in Orange County. I am pleased to have the opportunity to introduce myself.
Biography
I have been at Kaiser Permanente since 2010. Prior to that, I was in private practice in Newport Beach for nine years. I went to UCLA for my BS degree and then to USC for my MD degree. I am married and have two sons. We live in Newport Beach, where we enjoy the beach, especially in the summer. My children enjoy playing basketball, so I spend my free time watching them practice and play.
About my practice
I see my medical practice as my privilege to serve and help people. I am a big believer in total body health as the key to helping women feel better. First, we must eat healthy and exercise or we just won't feel well. I feel honored that women trust me enough to tell me their personal feelings and desires, and I enjoy partnering with them for success. My team and I are honored to spend our working hours caring for women of all ages. The staff in my office is the most caring and concerned group of medical assistants and nurses that I have ever worked with.
How I thrive
I stay balanced by connecting with my family. They are my pride and joy. I also like to run and I am very nutrition conscious. I believe that nutrition is the cornerstone of good health (my boys don't always appreciate that, but they understand what it means). Another key for me is my faith. I believe in God and I thank him every day for the beautiful life that I am blessed with.
